Appointment Booking

• A C$30 booking deposit is required to secure every appointment.

• Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your treatment.

• A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment.

• Payment for all services is accepted in cash at the time of your appointment.

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete necessary forms and prepare for your treatment.

• For your comfort and to allow proper access to the treatment areas, please wear appropriate underwear to your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

• Requests made within 24 hours must be made directly through NX Sculpt and may not be accommodated.

• Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service, at the discretion of NX Sculpt.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is given, whereafter a point will be cancelled, and a late fee may apply.

• Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment to avoid delaying the next appointment. The full appointment fee will still apply.

• If you arrive excessively late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

• Refund Policy

• All services and payments are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

• Because appointments are reserved exclusively for each client and treatments are personalized, all completed services are non-refundable.

Health Information

• Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information before treatment.

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or other health changes that may affect your treatment.

• Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in the treatment being modified, postponed, or declined for your safety.

Minors

• Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and provide signed parental consent before treatment.

Respectful Environment

• NX Sculpt is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

• Any inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior will result in the immediate termination of the appointment and refusal of future services.
